iTripoli is easy to use, but because there are so many powerful tools at your disposal finding just what you are after and how to make the most of it can require assistance at times. As such we provide documentation, videos, knowledge base articles and a support ticket system to ensure you get the answers you need.

Downloads - while you can download any version, take care to note your current maintenance expiration date to ensure you are able to activate the version you download	Knowledge Base - browse our growing knowledge base for answers to common questions	Troubleshooters - we will be introducing troubleshooters to help work through problems with more complex features like the ScriptPackager	Ticket System - can't find the answer you are after, open a ticket and we will be happy to address your issue right away

 

While ASE is an excellent tool for scripting, there are of course situations where you may find yourself in over your head. iTripoli provides support for ASE and its use, but does not provide support for the many scripting languages it supports. If you have questions about scripting, we recommend taking advantage of any of the many resources available throughout the Internet. To get you started we provide links to several great resources right within ASE; just click on Tools and Links (on the left by default) and choose "Custom Links" but since you are here, we also maintain a great set of links to scripting resources right here online!
